RETURN POLICY

Are your clothes misprinted or damaged, or did they never show up? Did you order the wrong size? Does your crush think they look bad on you?? Well then, you can make a return!

If you want to make a return, you need to let us know within 4 weeks after you got the package. If your package was lost in transit, then you need to submit a claim within 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

If the clothes are defective, we sent you the wrong size, or we screwed up in some other way, then the return is free

There are a couple situations in which the return is NOT free:

  • You want a different size: If we sent you the size that you ordered, but you want us to send you a different size, then you'll have to cover the cost of us shipping you the new size (usually this will be what you paid for shipping the first time around).
  • You gave us the wrong address: If the address you give has a typo or the shipping service can't find it, then your clothes will be returned to us. We'll notify you so that you can update your address. After you update your address, we'll reship the clothes to you, but you'll have to cover the cost of us shipping them back (usually this will be what you paid for shipping the first time around).
